You sponsor a specific, named animal in our fold. Not "a cow" — your cow, the same one every time, with her own page, her own photographs and her own increasingly documented opinions about the feed bin.
What you get is a quiet, ongoing thread of something good: a video every quarter, a card at Christmas signed with a hoofprint that we will not pretend she made herself, and an open invitation to come and scratch her behind the horns.
What we get is honest too. This is how a new fold funds itself in the years before it has anything to sell — and it means the animals stay here, well fed, on good pasture, while the herd builds. Nothing you sponsor is ever sold to an abattoir.
